Saw the stuff on the wishlist about problems posting here, and since IRC is the largest public "forum" in i2p, thats another good way to ask things filesharing related. Irc2p is the official network ran by postman/echelon, ilita is mostly russian speaking ran by original/acetone/r4sas. There's a handful of smaller irc servers like killyourtv, interloper, and coldhell. Yeah ik, IRC is old af, but hear me out lol.
Simp irc relays with all the publicly i2p accessible irc servers (that don't require registering), and i've setup webirc's. Channels like #i2p and #torrents are relayed with irc2p and #en with ilita. Some channels bridge all i2p servers, like #simp and #i2p-news. #torrents has simpbot that shares the torrent feed from tracker2/simp, and has some limited lookup and search capabilities:

Simp has 2 webirc's (both require js):
No frills -
http://webirc.simp.i2p - No signup. Fine for popping in, basic functions. No scrollback unless you stay connected for long periods.
Frills -
http://simp.i2p/convos_signup - This one requires an account, no functional email address needed though (no activation emails are sent), only for login. Use this one if you plan to stick around, advanced functionalities include file upload (ex direct img share in chat), pastebin, bouncer, other i2p-irc connections possible. Scrollback (bouncer) works when not logged in.
Your own client
Setting up your own client is still the better option, involves opening up tunnels to the irc server (both java and i2pd have defaults for this). Guides:

Other webirc's i know of:
ilita (relayed channels: #en, #simp, #i2p-news):

-

coldhell (relayed channels: #simp, #i2p-news)

IRC scrollback/logging
irc doesn't save messages by default so if not connected, no messages. Simp relay channels have $replay command for limited scrollback, or use
http://simp.i2p/irc-logger to go farther back.
http://major.i2p/ is another good logger but the english channels it follows are mainly dev related.
