Apart from subtopic >> {forum woes & issues} >> even I am not able to comment anonymously.
So, the user is right when he says commenting anonymously is not allowed in both of the eepsites mentioned in the image. Barring extremely few subtopics

Here is an additional screenshot from the PaT Wishlist, which shows that one or more users contradict my description above. They claim that participation as a guest is generally not possible for them.

The following screenshot shows how I comment here as a guest. You can also recognize this by the username.

Time and again, people ask for an uncomplicated way to write posts without having to register in advance with a valid e-mail address. Obviously, this forum software is not sufficiently self-explanatory. Let's see if and what other options there are.

Create a new topic:
Enter a sub-forum (Banter and Chitchat),
click on create a new topic,
enter any name and the heading on the page that opens and enter the confirmation code displayed in the field provided,
insert a post (preferably prescribe), display a preview (if this does not work, it is because the confirmation code is incorrect or does not exist), publish the post.

Reply to existing posts:
As described above.

Restrictions:
Not all sub-forums allow new posts to be opened or replies to existing ones. I have only made random checks and have come across inconsistent and incomprehensible forum settings.

Sub-forums in which no new guest posts can be opened are for example:
http://discuss.i2p/viewforum.php?f=9 Fairy tales and other lies
Sub-forums in which you cannot reply to posts as a guest are for example:
http://discuss.i2p/viewforum.php?f=19 I2P

Here the forum administration is required to create uniform rules.

My advice is to get a Postman HQ e-mail address. It costs nothing and in the long run you'll need one anyway.
