If the tracker does not end with /announce.php SSRF mitigation will block it.
1. Why do some use just /a and not /announce.php (like postman/everyone else)?
2. What is the risk of disabling SSRF mitigation?

qBittorrent high CPU usage when using I2P
On clear net when downloading more then 1.5MiB/s CPU usage of the client is always below 5% CPU(~2%), but when I'm downloading 60KiB/s over I2P usage is constantly 12%.
Client is uploading 40KiB/s and usage is less then 1%.
Anybody experienced something similar?
Any advice?
I'm using v4.6.7.
