A release doesn't happen all at once, generally the in-net updates go first, then the new installs on the website, then launchpad, then debian, then Android, then the easy-install bundle. No. A 503 means the router is up and publishing the leaseset, but the web server itself (Jetty, nginx, apache, whatever) is down. It says it right there. The application is not announcing correctly, it is not providing the required IP parameter. Report it to LibreTorrent.

We bundle Jetty 9.3.x which is way, way EOL. Jetty 10 and 11 are also EOL. That brings us to Jetty 12.0.x, which requires Java 17 or higher. This affects both the console and Jetty-hosted eepsites. That's unfortunate you have such terrible internet. But losing internet shouldn't affect the state of the pieces in snark, it should sit there patiently until the internet comes back.
