Are you looking more for private torrent index sites, like what.cd [rip] / Redacted / MAM? I can't see people wanting to use a private tracker (On I2P specifically) where they'd need to sign up and follow similar rules to how private trackers operate on the clearnet; I2P just doesn't have the number...
