First check whether SMTP and POP3 are already running: http://127.0.0.1:7070/?page=i2p_tunnels
If not: the file “tunnels.conf” is located in the configuration directory of I2Pd.
There you will find the entries with the headings [SMTP] and [POP3].
If these have comment characters, they must be removed.
The comment character is the # at the beginning of the line.
Then restart I2Pd.
