ONLY 10 people use Postman

I think only 10 people use Postman tracker.
Does not matter whatever torrent I upload, the maximum leechers are always either 10 or less than 10.
Why is that? Why don't people use Postman tracker as much as it should be?
I mean I understand people just use public tracker without uploading any torrents here on Postman but still it feels like I wasting a lot of time and effort to upload here when people are not even bothered to download anything from here.

oh come on there's at least 12 of us lol. might be a slow burn on some things as people search for stuff, look back on older posts can have a high grab count, or could be the same guy downloading it over again. You can embrace the small, there are benefits

i2p is too hard and slow for non-techie people to want to bother with is what it comes down to. some people are into that though, best you can do is keep posting stuff and maybe get some normal people here. i2p has a decent presence on https://lemmy.dbzer0.com, is piracy friendly

In my opinion, this is not a technical problem but a social one. With general approval (there was no significant dissent), PaT has turned a once popular community project and exciting destination into a 1-click host. As a result, there is no more free speech and no more controversy. The people who had something to say have long since moved on. Today, the site is almost politically sterile (compared to German public radio) and correspondingly boring. And as far as the content is concerned, dear friends, hearty food may fill you up, but your mind and soul also need energy-rich food. All in all, there is no reason to stay there any longer than necessary. One day, the effort involved will outweigh the benefits and the remaining public will turn away.

Maybe there are just around 10 people that download everything added to the tracker. But don't assume that people are always going to download the moment you add it to tracker. It is very useful when people download things months, years and maybe even decades after it being posted to a tracker.

And yes, i2p torrenting is not that popular compared to regular torrents. At least not yet.

I feel like it'll grow a little bigger since more and more countries enforce copyright laws and the general torrenting scene on the clearnet is becoming smaller and smaller because of that.
I just hope that torrenting in general won't be replaced by some scummy DDL hosters, because this is just awful imo...
