Is anybody else unable to submit a Trouble Ticket to Postman's I2P Torrent?

Hello, Recently I have been experiencing some issues and as a result have not been able to submit a ticket to postman through his site.

I have been getting this error:

Could not save your ticket. There was a DB error:INSERT INTO tt_tickets (`ownerid`, `created`, `last_changed`, `title`, `categoryid`, `priorityid`, `status`, `descr`) VALUES (12071, '2025-05-27 08:05:14', '2025-05-27 08:05:14', 'Unable to use Postman Tracker on Android 14, Privacy Browser 3.13.3 (version code 79), LibreTorrent 3.6. Only able to use RSS.', 10, 2, '1', 'Hello Postman. I once again request your great service.\r\n\r\nI am trying to use my Smartphone as a seeder for some Torrents I have in mind. but I am currently unable to.\r\n\r\nWhen I try to go to your Website on Privacy Browser, I get the usual notice that the site is under heavy load. but trying to continue results in an error in my Browser (net::ERR_SOCKS_CONNECTION_FAILED).\r\n\r\nIt\'s possible that the website could be blocking my requests but I\'m not very sure of this.\r\n\r\nLibreTorrent will not download nor seed any of the .torrent files I give it. LibreTorrent reports \"Missing key: ip\".\r\n\r\nHowever, I am able to subscribe to my RSS Feed which makes me doubt being fully blocked from your site...\r\n\r\nI hope to see a smooth resolution of this problem.\r\n-Chef K');

this is clearly an error with his database! is anybody else experiencing this same exact error?

PaT is intentionally designed as a self-contained system. This means that in order to report errors in the PaT Trouble Ticket System, you would have to report the errors in the PaT Trouble Ticket System … I'm sure you can see where this is going.

Alternatively, you could post this link from here with an excerpt of the error message in the PaT Wishlist (@Postman: …) with a request to take note.
