simp not working with qBitorrent

opentracker.simp.i2p/a not working with qbittorrent.

It was working properly till last week.

setup
qbittorrent 5.1.0 + Java I2P SAM protocol

I have not checked with I2Pd,
It is working in BiglyBT though.

been getting some form of DOS off and on on that site, likely was at a throttling limit...adjusted it back up with a small boost to handle it
