This is a guide for android, but you can follow the steps pretty closely for desktop too, if using i2pd. Either way, you just create a tunnel to irc.postman.i2p, and then use the <host>:<port> you set in your IRC client to connect. Connect and join the #i2p-dev channel and ask "dr|z3d" about contributing to i2psnark+

And I thought you were looking for Pull request and that's why you couldn't get any further.
