new board for tools and how-tos?

would it make sense to have have a board for media torrent creation like "Torrent media tools" or "torrent tools and how-tos" or something

a lot of it seems to end up in torrents misc

for encoding, ripping, tools. or even just a separate one just for encoding/ripping and keep misc for everything else

I agree, there is a missing section for guides and how-to's

It would be good that the section allows anonymous comments, as this one. (Some sections comments are only for logged users)
