Upgrade: I2PSnark standalone 2.6.0

Note that changes listed below do not include any changes in the bundled I2P core and streaming libraries.

Changes in 2.6.0 (since 2.5.0; there were no relevant changes in 2.5.1 or 2.5.2)

• Fix serious bug causing lost references to partial pieces and temp files
• Fix NPE when attempting to create torrent with too many files
• PEX efficiency improvements
• light/vanilla theme improvements
• Fix spelling of QBittorrent
• Fix config display of up bw limit after restart
• Translation updates

All users should update.

I2PSnark 2.6.0 is still changing the set speed limit values without being asked. This started with the version that the developer released after his vacation.
A new beta version 2.6.1-2 was submitted for testing on the 16th. If you use I2PSnark and are bothered by this bug ... well, you know how it works.
