OnionShare is an open-source tool that lets you securely and anonymously share files, host websites, and chat with friends using the Tor network. https://onionshare.org/

Why? For example, you have a lot of torrents and want to distribute the associated *.torrent files independently. To do this, you put the *.torrent files into OnionShare via D&D and share them with one click. OnionShare creates an address and anyone who knows the address can access the files. So instead of storing many files individually somewhere, you have everything together in one application and have to pass on an HTTP address. Your administrative workload is considerably reduced.

Don't forget the reminder:

you should not share very big files (especially without a reason) over tor because their bandwidth is limited

(same reason you shouldn't torrent over tor)

I have justified doubts that benevolent admonitions are effective in this environment. In order for people to listen to you, you should have focused more on the resulting vulnerability. Fear does more. But I didn't call for BitTorrent to be done via Tor. Instead, I clearly wrote that this tool created for this purpose can be used to keep the control files together. You could also add a description or a picture, whichever is most appropriate. Alternatively, you could also put it all in a ZIP file and then pass it on somehow. Whatever you want.

I know you didn't tell people to go torrent over tor, but i thought some not-very-smart people might think it is not a bad idea to send big files over a bandwidth-limited network on a daily basis.
