Forum access issue

I can access discuss forum with discuss.i2p URL, when using I2Pd.
But, when I use Java I2P, I cannot access it with normal URL.
I have to go to address helper of notbob and then use b32 link to access this website.
Why is that so?

I use java on discuss.i2p without any issues.

The discuss address did not make it into the java router's address book. You can see this when you do a completely new installation. Bob offers two addresses for subscription. One of them must be added to the router so that you are always up to date.
