Rejecting tunnels: Starting up

It has been more than 10 minutes and my router only shows this message "Rejecting tunnels: Starting up". I can access websites but I cannot download any torrents. Help?

Rejecting tunnels means that your router does not currently accept requests for transit tunnels creation through it from other routers.
This has nothing to do with the ability to torrent.
What torrent client are you using?
Edit: oh well I see you can download torrents in another thread. If your issue disappears please edit your post so that others know.

SOLVED
After 30 minutes it automatically goes away.
