Declining Transit tunnels in i2pd creates issues while seeding torrents.

I just tried it so as to check what will happen. My total upload was less than 8gb which usually exceeds 20GB on a daily basis.

Just mentioning here so that everyone knows.

if "declining transit tunnels by X = 8/20 = 40%"
then "hidden = true = 0/20 = 0%" total upload?
