setup :-
i2psnark standalone 2.8.5 + i2pd
router = x
speed up/down = 4096 KBps
tunnels = 5, hops 3, variance = 1 for up/down both.
I just wanted to try this setup but this is a major deal-breaker issue that I am facing.
i2psnark standalone keeps reverting back to its default settings after every restart.
Upload/download speeds revert back to 48KBps, tunnels revert back to their factory settings, variance in tunnels goes to 0. each and every settings suffers from this.
This does not happen with normal java i2p setup, so why is this happening with this new setup??
does someone has any clue as to what is happening?
how to remove these default settings in i2psnark standalone?

This has been a known bug for a long time. This problem should have been fixed in the meantime. You should report this to the developers.
Alternatively, you can try to edit the configuration using a text editor. To do this, the program must be switched off and the configuration file must then be write-protected. You must also check whether the program respects the write protection.

It does not. I have tries everything. The bug still exists.
At the moment, I am changing settings each time after every restart.

qBittorrent and BiglyBT are also cross-platform.

I know that.
I think most likely I might have to switch to them.
I just wanted to try I2PSnark standalone and support it.
But not able to solve this simple bug does not breed confidence in that product.

works fine for me on regular (non-plus) i2psnark standalone. Please report to the i2p+ developers.
