opentracker.simp.i2p UDP tracker beta

http://opentracker.simp.i2p has moved to zzz's beta he announced here on viewtopic.php?t=257
there are currently no i2p clients that can announce UDP yet, but will be soon starting with snark
this is just a heads up, regular announces should be working normally. The hash list won't appear as it does on http://skank.i2p anymore, will wait for dr|z3d when he gets time and hopefully have that nice functionality back.
