There are no changes from -beta3 other than the version.
Now available via console plugin update button on /configplugins in the console. If you do not update before the I2P 2.10 release, the router will update the plugin automatically after you update the router to 2.10, which will be in about a month.
REQUIRES I2P 2.9.0-0 or higher.
